Tim Vermillion – General Contractor & Custom Home Builder
Tim Vermillion holds more than two decades of experience as a full-service general contractor and home builder. As the founder of Vermillion Homes, a Northern Arizona–based company specializing in custom homes, remodels, and ground-up commercial construction. With a reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and value-driven solutions, Tim brings decades of hands-on experience to every project, helping clients achieve their vision while maximizing cost savings and efficiency.
Over the course of his career, Tim has successfully managed both residential and commercial builds throughout Arizona. He was a Director at Pulte Homes for twenty years. Between 2011 and 2012, he completed the ground-up construction of a commercial building in Phoenix for CCI–Fennemore Company’s “Fertizona” division. The project included more than 2,500 square feet of ADA-compliant office space, reflecting Tim’s commitment to functionality, compliance, and long-term value. From 2009 to 2010, he led two large residential remodels and expansions in central Phoenix, showcasing his ability to transform existing properties into modern, functional, and beautiful living spaces.
Today, Tim continues to lead Vermillion Homes with a dedication to quality, innovation, and personalized service.
